LDComfort will not accept abuse of our 30 day guarantee. Ordering multiple items to "try on" or "check out" our products with the intention of cashing in on the return policy constitutes abuse.

Any one item of the same size/type may be returned open for a full refund, store credit, or exchanges. If returning more than one item of the same size/type, all unopened items can be exchanged or returned for a full refund. No refunds will be given on additional items of same size/type found to have been opened upon inspection.

Any unopened items received within 30 days of the purchase date will always be refunded or exchanged at full purchase price. Any items received by us after 30 days will not be refunded or exchanged unless prior arrangements have been made. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

A $5 shipping fee applies on all exchanges (each item) for return shipment unless the product is damaged in shipping or you received an item you did not order.

To ensure a proper refund please include a copy of your invoice and return authorization information including your order number with your return.
